You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliapps login credentials. Never share your password with any third party.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) via approved payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks. No cryptocurrency accepted.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Attempting to abuse bonus structures may result in forfeiture of funds and account suspension.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on jiliapps. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

To register an Account on jiliapps, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number.
You agree to promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current. jiliapps reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliapps login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jiliapps immediately via our support channels. jiliapps will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
jiliapps is required under Applicable Law to verify the identity of all registered users. You agree to provide any documentation requested for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes, including a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or full account functionality.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the Platform's help documentation. jiliapps reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
jiliapps complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws in the Philippines. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without prior notice to the Account holder.
jiliapps may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
jiliapps strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; colluding with other users to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, jiliapps reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the Account.
All games available on the jiliapps Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are genuinely random and are not influenced by jiliapps, its operators, or any third party. RNG systems are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories.
Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to all other matters.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, jiliapps reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. jiliapps will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its conclusion in accordance with the game's rules. jiliapps is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection due to your internet service provider, device failure, or other factors outside jiliapps's direct control.
You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the jiliapps Platform:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jiliapps.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, jiliapps, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
jiliapps's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting jiliapps customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
jiliapps reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, jiliapps reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to jiliapps customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Where a dispute relates to a regulatory matter, you may also refer the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedures.
jiliapps reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jiliapps will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
